Accountability infrastructure for the age of agents
HyperMindQ builds the systems that let organisations give AI agents real work while keeping people answerable for every action.
HyperMindQ builds Praetor, the accountability platform for AI agents: discovering the AI acting in an organisation’s name, encoding what each agent may do, enforcing it before execution, detecting what goes wrong and explaining every decision.
The name comes from Rome, where the praetor was the magistrate who held authority and administered the law. Praetor gives that role to software: it holds every agent to the authority it has been given.
Our design draws on research into brain-inspired, event-driven computing and neuro-symbolic architectures, and on practical frameworks for delegating decisions to AI. How it was built →
How we work
People hold authority
The platform enforces decisions people make. It never widens an agent’s mandate on its own.
Collect only what accountability needs
Actions, rules, outcomes and the people involved. Not the content of a client’s business beyond that.
Claims we can evidence
We do not publish client names, logos or results without permission, or performance figures we cannot support.
Explanations from the rule applied
Records state the rule that was actually applied, not an after-the-fact rationalisation.
Advice and technology, kept distinct
Kiros Intelligence Group, an AI strategy and governance advisory firm, helps organisations decide what to delegate to AI. HyperMindQ provides the technology that enforces those decisions. Kiros uses Praetor in its Accountable Agent Delivery service.
HyperMindQ also works directly with organisations and their own advisers.
Kiros Intelligence Group has an interest in HyperMindQ. Kiros discloses this to its clients in writing and does not provide independent assurance on HyperMindQ technology.
